About the role

Hire Africa is looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to shape its online presence. You will curate content, engage the community, and help promote the company’s real‑estate projects across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and schedule engaging content for all major social media channels.
• Monitor, interact with, and grow the online community.
• Analyse performance metrics and produce regular reports.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media with broader campaigns.
• Support visual content creation using graphic design tools.
• Apply SEO and content‑marketing best practices to improve reach.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of current social media trends and platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into action.
• Creative thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.
