Social & Community Listening Systems Integration Consultant (Abuja)

About the role
UNICEF Nigeria seeks a short‑term consultant to strengthen its Social and Community Listening (SCL) and Accountability to Affected Populations (AAP) systems. The consultant will design integrated dashboards, connect disparate data sources, and enable real‑time visualization of community feedback and social listening data.
Key responsibilities
- Develop integrated, real‑time dashboards for SCL and AAP data visualization.
- Enhance interoperability between digital platforms such as Talkwalker, RapidPro, CAIMS and CRM‑based systems.
- Build data pipelines that consolidate structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
- Support data collection, analysis and reporting to inform evidence‑based programming.
- Provide technical guidance to UNICEF staff on dashboard use and data integration best practices.
Required profile
- Proven experience in data integration and dashboard development for humanitarian or development programmes.
- Familiarity with UNICEF’s SCL and AAP approaches is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently on a 3‑month consultancy in Abuja.
Required skills
- Dashboard development (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Data integration and API connectivity.
- Experience with Talkwalker, RapidPro, CAIMS, and CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical skills for handling large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
