Site Engineer – Construction Project

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Lagos involves overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring work aligns with design specifications and standards, and coordinating with project managers, contractors, and other engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor quality control on site, supervising civil and structural works.
• Verify materials and workmanship, maintain accurate site records and reports.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure safety regulation compliance.
• Communicate project progress to stakeholders and support planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in on‑site construction environments and field supervision.
• Strong communication skills for multidisciplinary coordination and technical reporting.
• Background in structural engineering with knowledge of design principles applied on construction sites.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural Engineering or related field; professional certification is a plus.
