Showroom Hostess / CRM Executive

About the role

Harcadiax Systems Ltd is hiring a Showroom Hostess / CRM Executive on a full-time basis. The role welcomes visitors to the showroom, handles customer enquiries and keeps customer records in the CRM system, supporting the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome showroom visitors and act as the first point of contact.
• Respond to customer enquiries in person, by telephone, email and digital channels.
• Register leads and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Schedule appointments, vehicle demonstrations and follow-up calls.
• Direct prospective customers to the appropriate sales executives.
• Follow up with prospects to improve engagement and sales conversion.
• Handle customer feedback and escalate complaints appropriately.
• Prepare customer interaction reports and maintain showroom standards.

Required profile

• OND in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant customer service, CRM, hospitality or sales support experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Professional presentation and a courteous, customer-focused attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email and CRM tools.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and multitasking skills.
