Service Supervisor I – Slickline

About the role

Halliburton is seeking a Service Supervisor I to lead a crew delivering slickline services in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. The role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction and safe, efficient execution of the least complex slickline jobs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a crew in providing slickline services and ensure all job packets contain the correct equipment and processes.
• Maintain onsite customer satisfaction, consult with customers, and promote good relations at the well site.
• Perform all job tasks in compliance with Halliburton HSE processes and conduct emergency equipment maintenance as needed.
• Train service operators and assistants, coordinate with third parties, and document HSE activities on‑site.
• Complete well‑site and post‑job paperwork, participate in post‑job reviews, and identify sales opportunities for additional services.

Required profile

• Experienced hire with supervisory experience in slickline or related wireline operations.
• Strong technical knowledge to solve unanticipated situations and consult with HES operations base.
• Commitment to safety, environmental consciousness, and quality improvement.
