About the role
Smartflow Technologies Limited is seeking a Pump Technician to join its team in Abuja. The role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting retail filling station equipment.
Key responsibilities
- Install and maintain retail filling station equipment, including pumps and dispensers.
- Identify and resolve technical issues using diagnostic techniques and tools.
- Respond to customer inquiries with clear explanations and solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of issues, solutions, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as development, sales, and marketing to resolve technical problems.
- Participate in training to stay up‑to‑date with new technologies and products.
Required profile
- OND/HND/B.Sc degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in installation and maintenance of dispensing pumps or electric motors.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of health and safety standards.
Required skills
- Installation and maintenance of retail filling station equipment.
- Diagnostic techniques for technical issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
