SEO, Meta Ads and Branding Expert

About the role

SalesRuby is a sales technology, advisory and training organisation that helps businesses build high-performing commercial teams and revenue operations. It is looking for a full-time, on-site SEO, Meta Ads and Branding Expert based in Ikeja. The person will plan and run SEO campaigns, manage Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising and shape the digital brand positioning for SalesRuby and its clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, perform SEO audits and optimise on-page content
• Monitor web analytics and implement link-building strategies
• Design and optimise Meta ad campaigns, and develop brand messaging and visual guidelines
• Collaborate with content and design teams and prepare performance reports with actionable insights
• Work with sales and marketing stakeholders so digital campaigns align with business and revenue objectives

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in B2B or sales-focused organisations is an added advantage
• Strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills, able to turn data into strategic recommendations

Required skills

• Keyword research and on-page SEO
• SEO audits, web analytics and off-page optimisation (link building)
• Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) campaign setup, targeting, optimisation and reporting
• Brand guidelines and digital brand identity
• Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs and Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager
