Marketing Lead

About the role

OnboardNG is an educational and travel solutions company growing its brand and reach, and is looking for a strategic, creative and data-driven Marketing Lead. The role drives marketing efforts, generates quality leads and supports business growth, with a focus on study-abroad services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, PR and influencer partnerships, and manage the marketing roadmap and budget to improve ROI.
• Create customer acquisition strategies and marketing funnels for study-abroad services.
• Plan, run and optimise campaigns that generate qualified leads, inquiries and bookings, including student recruitment, study-abroad opportunities, visa updates and related services.
• Create content and promotional materials, build partnerships with travel influencers, student communities, educational institutions and NYSC, and monitor results to improve conversion.
• Research the market and competitors, track key metrics, analyse campaign performance and report on results.
• Coordinate marketing activities, work with sales and operations teams, and support customer retention, referral programmes and promotions.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, growth marketing or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or team coordination role.
• Experience in the travel, education or study-abroad sector.
• Demonstrated experience planning and running campaigns, generating leads and tracking performance.
• A portfolio of relevant campaigns, content or marketing projects.

Required skills

• Social media marketing, content marketing, SEO/SEM and email marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and data interpretation.
• Excellent communication, organisational and project management skills.

What we offer

• Net salary of N200,000 - N230,000 per month depending on experience.
• Hybrid arrangement of 80% remote.
