Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

eRecruiter is recruiting, on behalf of its client, a leading financial institution and global payment provider specializing in international money transfers, foreign exchange and cross-border payments. The client is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to drive customer acquisition, strengthen brand visibility and support business growth through creative and analytical marketing work.

Key responsibilities

• Digital marketing: develop and run multi-channel campaigns, manage paid ads on Google, Meta, LinkedIn and others, optimize for ROI, grow website traffic and conversions
• Social media: plan content calendars, create content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok and more, grow communities, reply to customer enquiries
• Content and brand: produce brochures, presentations, newsletters, videos, flyers and guides; ensure brand consistency; create educational content on fintech, forex and cross-border payments
• Email marketing and CRM: run targeted campaigns, segment customer databases, track open rates, click-through rates and conversions, nurture leads with the sales team
• Lead generation: generate qualified leads, support product launches and referrals
• Market research: monitor competitors and trends, identify opportunities and recommend initiatives
• Event marketing: coordinate exhibitions, webinars, networking events and trade shows, represent the organization at industry events
• Analytics and reporting: track KPIs, prepare weekly and monthly reports and recommend improvements

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field
• 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in fintech, banking, financial services or technology
• Demonstrated success in delivering measurable marketing results

• Digital marketing strategy, social media marketing, SEO and SEM
• Email marketing, content creation and copywriting, lead generation
• CRM platforms and Google Analytics or similar tools
• Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Project management, communication and presentation skills
