About the role

The Senior Wallet Engineer will lead a team responsible for designing, building and maintaining secure cryptocurrency wallet solutions. The role involves researching emerging blockchain technologies and delivering robust wallet services that meet business and security requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of wallet systems aligned with business needs and strict security standards.
• Conduct in‑depth research on new blockchain technologies and implement associated wallet solutions.
• Maintain and optimise existing wallet services to ensure stability and performance.
• Rapidly troubleshoot and resolve technical issues affecting wallet functionality.

Required profile

• Academic background in Computer Science or a related field.
• Extensive experience in wallet system and blockchain development (5‑10 years).
• Strong knowledge of cryptography and network security with hands‑on experience.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to foster effective collaboration.

Required skills

• Proficiency with mainstream blockchain protocols such as Bitcoin and Ethereum.
