Senior Travel Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Travel Consultant to deliver exceptional travel planning and support for our clients. You will manage end‑to‑end travel arrangements, provide detailed destination information, and ensure a seamless experience from booking through the journey.

Key responsibilities

• Organise complete travel itineraries, including tickets, accommodations, transportation and on‑trip assistance.
• Research destinations, pricing, customs, weather and reviews to offer up‑to‑date recommendations.
• Tailor travel packages to client preferences and promote sales using effective techniques.
• Handle bookings, collect payments and maintain accurate financial records.
• Develop innovative travel packages in collaboration with clients and internal teams.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Travel Assistant or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of travel trends, offers and destination specifics.
• Professional attitude, appearance and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computer reservations systems and GDS platforms.
• Experience using e‑travelling tools for booking and itinerary management.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good sales and presentation abilities.
