Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – International Tech Company

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing international technology firm expanding into Nigeria, is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, partner with hiring managers across borders, and ensure a seamless candidate experience while complying with West African employment regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and priorities.
• Source, screen, interview, and shortlist high‑quality candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Build and sustain talent pipelines for current and future hiring demands.
• Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to West African labour laws and best practices.
• Prepare recruitment reports and keep accurate hiring records.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and labour practices across West Africa.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with international or cross‑functional teams is highly desirable.
