Senior Software Engineer – AI-Augmented Development

About the role

We are an enterprise software company delivering solutions to Fortune 100 customers at startup speed. As a senior full‑stack engineer you will own production features across React front‑ends, Java back‑ends, GraphQL APIs and containerised services, while driving AI‑agent workflows that write, test and verify code autonomously.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement closed‑loop agent‑driven workflows, defining context, guardrails and feedback loops for AI agents.
• Ship end‑to‑end features across UI, API, backend and infrastructure, owning the outcome from spec to release.
• Raise the team’s productivity by packaging and sharing workflows, rules and tooling.
• Maintain enterprise‑grade quality through thorough testing, clean reviews and zero regressions.
• Coach junior engineers and promote AI‑native development practices.

Required profile

• 4+ years of production full‑stack experience with deep Java and React expertise.
• Daily, advanced use of agentic AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex or Windsurf.
• Strong habits for automated verification (tests, type checks, build validation, browser checks).
• End‑to‑end ownership mindset and enterprise software sensibility (defensive coding, security awareness, robust validation).
• Experience diagnosing CI/CD pipeline issues; AWS familiarity is a plus.
