Senior Sales Manager – Integrated Solutions

About the role

The Senior Sales Manager – Integrated Solutions will drive growth of Baker Hughes’ integrated solutions in Nigeria’s oilfield services market. You will work closely with customers and cross‑functional teams to develop and win complex, value‑driven opportunities across the oil and gas value chain.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure integrated‑solutions opportunities to expand market share and revenue.
• Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles, including solution design, commercial strategy, tendering, contract negotiation and project award.
• Coordinate engineering, operations, finance, legal and commercial teams to deliver customer‑focused solutions.
• Manage client‑specific projects and contracts, ensuring successful execution, risk management and customer satisfaction.
• Provide market insights and strategic direction to strengthen the integrated‑solutions portfolio.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in sales and marketing and at least 15 years of oil‑and‑gas sales experience, preferably with large cross‑product projects.
• Strong critical‑thinking, strategic and analytical abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership and executive‑level communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of one or more Oilfield Services product lines.
• Experience handling complex, client‑specific products and systems requiring technical analysis and design.
