About the role
The Commission Sales Associate internship is a remote position focused on generating new business for Bussy Tech Media. You will prospect SME and growing business clients across Nigeria, introduce our digital marketing and protection services, and earn commissions on closed deals.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential clients through calls, emails, and social media.
- Conduct discovery calls, present service offerings, and handle objections.
- Maintain a personal sales pipeline and update basic CRM records.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Required profile
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional follow‑up.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field (advantageous).
- Resilient, ethical approach to sales and comfortable working with SMEs.
Required skills
- Familiarity with online business tools such as Google Business Profile.
- Experience using social media platforms for outreach.
