Senior Sales and Commercial Lead

About the role

Precise Lighting is hiring a full-time Senior Sales and Commercial Lead in Lagos, Nigeria, reporting to the CEO. The role is not desk-based sales management: it is for a hunter, relationship builder and closer who originates opportunities, engages senior decision-makers and closes substantial B2B and project deals.

Key responsibilities

• Originate and close high-value B2B and project opportunities
• Build relationships with developers, contractors, architects, MEP consultants, corporates, hospitality and institutional clients
• Develop strategic partnerships, reseller, agent, merchant and referral channels
• Build and manage a strong, CRM-backed opportunity pipeline
• Lead major proposals, negotiations and commercial structuring
• Drive cross-selling across Lighting, HVAC, Electrical Solutions, Lifts & Escalators and related solutions
• Coach sales resources and strengthen sales-process discipline
• Work with Finance, Procurement and Operations to improve conversion, collection and delivery

Required profile

• 7-10+ years of proven B2B, technical, project or institutional sales experience
• Verifiable record of personally originating and closing substantial deals
• Strong relationships with senior decision-makers and project stakeholders
• Experience in HVAC, electrical, elevators, MEP, construction, building systems or industrial products is highly preferred
