About the role
Platos Health is looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Account Executive to own end‑to‑end revenue generation in Lagos. The role splits focus equally between pharmacy partner growth and B2B experiments in corporate and wellness sectors. You will prospect, pitch, close, activate and track performance to expand the company’s footprint across Nigeria.
Key responsibilities
- Own and close deals across pharmacy, corporate and wellness channels, meeting monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline using CRM tools, track conversion rates, deal velocity and close probabilities, and provide weekly pipeline updates.
- Acquire, manage and grow high‑performing pharmacy accounts in Lagos, driving device sell‑through and repeat sales.
- Design, pitch and close corporate health packages, device sales and wellness activations, engaging HR and people leaders.
- Plan and execute corporate health screenings and fitness/wellness pilots, measuring leads, referrals and device sales.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations and pharmacy teams to ensure smooth execution and conversion.
- Identify execution gaps, improve sales playbooks and share best practices across the sales team.
Required profile
- Proven track record in B2B sales and channel development, preferably in health‑tech or pharmacy environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to use data to diagnose stalled deals and improve close rates.
- Goal‑oriented self‑starter who thrives on targets, autonomy and building strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior decision‑makers in corporate and wellness settings.
- Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline management and reporting.
