Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to lead testing efforts for our web and mobile applications. You will own the quality lifecycle, from manual testing to building robust automation frameworks, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality software.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute functional, regression, performance, and user‑acceptance test plans.
• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications and document defects with clear reports.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright or Cypress.
• Create and maintain API automation tests with Postman for REST APIs and backend integrations.
• Manage test cases, execution, and defect tracking in ClickUp.
• Prepare detailed test reports covering coverage, execution results, and identified issues.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to resolve defects and improve product quality.
• Communicate testing progress, risks, and blockers via Microsoft Teams and email.
• Mentor junior QA engineers, reviewing automation code and sharing best practices.
• Support integration of automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and promote quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of professional QA experience.
• BSc degree in a related field or equivalent.
• Senior‑level expertise with a strong focus on quality and delivery.
