Associate PMO – Project Coordination

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Associate PMO to support the translation of client commitments into clearly defined, executable projects and ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support development of project plans, timelines, milestones and maintain up‑to‑date project trackers.
• Track dependencies, risks and issues, and coordinate resource and budget tracking across multiple projects.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to follow up on activities, actions and deadlines, flagging delays early.
• Prepare regular project updates, organise kick‑offs, status meetings and retrospectives, and capture decisions and action items.
• Assist with project sign‑off, closure documentation and post‑project reviews to capture lessons learned.

Required profile

• Experience supporting projects or working in a PMO/co‑ordination role, preferably in an international, multicultural environment.
• Strong organisational ability to manage multiple priorities, high autonomy and accountability.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with senior leaders, clients and delivery teams.
• Ability to bring structure, clarity and momentum to complex initiatives.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Trello.
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum and Kanban project management approaches.
