Senior Full-Stack Developer

About the role

Havana Group of Companies is looking for a Senior Full‑Stack Developer to design, build and maintain high‑performing web applications. You will work on both front‑end and back‑end components, ensuring seamless integration and a great user experience across web and mobile platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable, secure web applications.
• Implement and document clean, reusable code for front‑end and back‑end systems.
• Create and manage RESTful APIs and integrate third‑party services.
• Contribute to mobile app development using frameworks such as React Native or Flutter.
• Optimize performance, scalability and responsiveness for both web and mobile.
• Work with databases, server‑side technologies and cloud environments.
• Identify and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks and technical issues.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain high standards for security and quality.
• Write automated tests and participate in UI/functional testing.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers and other developers to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional full‑stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript and modern front‑end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Solid back‑end experience with Node.js, Python, Java, C# or PHP.
• Experience with REST APIs, authentication mechanisms and API integrations.
• Hands‑on knowledge of relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Familiarity with mobile development frameworks such as React Native, Flutter or native platforms.
