Senior Product Manager - LMIS Health Facilities

About the role

A leading health technology company, represented by its client, is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead expansion of its Logistics Management Information System (LMIS) for health facilities. The role owns health facility-specific initiatives, including integration with partners, complex data flows and a seamless rollout of new features. It works closely with a cross-functional squad of a Solution Architect, engineers and a Project Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Define product goals and deliverables based on customer feedback.
• Lead the definition and execution of the product roadmap aligned with product strategy and project objectives.
• Collaborate with external partners, users and engineering teams to gather requirements and prioritize features.
• Drive product development from concept to launch and training.
• Maintain product documentation such as specifications, user guides and release plans.
• Align roadmaps with other product managers and identify synergies with the core product.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of product management experience, including managing large projects.
• Demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of the healthcare industry and supply chain operations preferred.

Required skills

• Experience with Agile / Lean methodologies and product management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to turn complex requirements into actionable product plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.

This is a full-time, remote position requiring periodic travel within Nigeria and potentially West Africa, including travel to Rwanda, for stakeholder meetings, workshops and on-site collaboration.
