Senior Product Manager – Enterprise SaaS

About the role

We are an early‑stage technology company building institutional governance infrastructure for real‑estate investment across Africa. As a Senior Product Manager you will shape product strategy, define the roadmap, and partner with the Founder & CEO and CTO to deliver a platform for institutional investors, fund managers, developers and other regulated stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and prioritize features based on customer and business value.
• Lead customer discovery and translate market insights into product decisions.
• Define product requirements and work closely with Design and Engineering teams.
• Drive product strategy from concept through launch, focusing on solutions that customers will adopt and pay for.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure successful delivery and alignment with business goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of product management experience, including senior or lead roles.
• Proven track record building enterprise (B2B) software products.
• Strong background in product strategy, roadmap ownership, customer discovery, and stakeholder management.
• Experience taking products from early‑stage development to market.
• Background in FinTech, Financial Services, Capital Markets, RegTech, GovTech, Enterprise SaaS, or other regulated industries.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, fully remote startup environment.
