Senior People Advisory Services (PAS) Immigration Consultant

About the role

As a Senior member of the People Advisory Services (PAS) Immigration team, you will shape and deliver EY's business strategy for global mobility and immigration services. You will work independently on a variety of projects, supporting clients through complex migration challenges while developing your own expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver immigration projects, applying technical excellence and a business‑focused approach.
• Identify and generate revenue opportunities by building long‑term client relationships and preparing proposals.
• Manage project lifecycles from planning to implementation, overseeing resources, budgets and multiple engagements.
• Influence stakeholders to secure support for change initiatives.
• Mentor and develop junior professionals, enhancing their technical and client‑service capabilities.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Commercial Engineering, Law or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in global migration, preferably within a Big 4, specialized consulting firm or large‑scale corporate projects.
• Strong knowledge of tax processing systems, legal regulations and global mobility concepts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate English proficiency; additional language skills are a plus.
