Senior Fluids Supervisor (Rotational)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Fluids Supervisor (Rotational) to lead drilling, completion and work‑over fluid operations across our sites in Nigeria. The role ensures safe, compliant and cost‑effective execution of fluids, cementing and waste‑management services on rig‑sites.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all fluid‑related activities including drilling fluids engineering, cementing and waste management (cuttings treatment, transfer and disposal).
• Coordinate with rig contractors to verify that equipment, services and personnel meet operational requirements.
• Implement fluids (mud and cement) programs prepared by the Onshore Fluids Superintendent and ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare and review rig‑site reports, post‑job documentation and quality improvement plans.
• Supervise critical operations such as cementing, mud displacements, completions and specialized testing.
• Monitor contractor performance, optimize service activities and manage orders for consumables.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising fluid operations in drilling, completion or work‑over environments.
• Strong knowledge of industry codes of practice, safety and environmental regulations.
• Ability to interface with contractors, onshore teams and regulatory bodies.
