Factory Admin Manager

About the role

The Factory Admin Manager will oversee daily administrative and operational activities within the factory, ensuring smooth coordination between production, design, procurement and management teams. This role monitors staff performance, maintains accurate records, and prepares regular reports to support efficient factory operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily administrative and operational activities of the factory.
• Monitor staff attendance, productivity, discipline and performance.
• Coordinate production schedules and follow up on jobs to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate records of raw materials, accessories, tools and finished products.
• Work closely with the Storekeeper to monitor stock levels, usage and replenishment.
• Track production materials issued to each job/project and monitor wastage, material usage and production costs.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly factory reports for management.
• Ensure proper documentation of factory activities and transactions.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management of factory staff.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of a degree in a related field.
