About the role
The Production Assistant will support daily manufacturing operations at our facility in Marina, Nigeria. You will work closely with production operators and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow, material availability, and a safe work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist production operators and supervisors with routine tasks.
- Prepare, transport, and organize materials required for production runs.
- Support basic production activities and maintain clean, orderly work areas.
- Help with packaging, product handling, and adherence to safety procedures.
- Report any production issues promptly to supervisors.
- Assist with inventory tracking and production documentation as needed.
Required profile
- Minimum SSCE or OND qualification.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience or prior factory exposure (advantageous).
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
