Senior Customer Success Manager (Contract)

About the role

MissFit Coaching is a fast‑growing, founder‑led coaching and career services firm that supports executive‑level clients in the United States during career transitions. As a Senior Customer Success Manager (contract), you will own the end‑to‑end client experience, from onboarding through program completion, ensuring each executive feels supported, challenged, and guided toward their next role.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of executive clients, acting as the primary relationship manager throughout their journey.
• Deliver a premium, white‑glove onboarding process and maintain ongoing communication to keep clients informed and motivated.
• Identify opportunities for renewals, upgrades, referrals, and consultative conversations to drive revenue growth.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve client success processes, reporting, and quality‑control measures.
• Collaborate with leadership to shape operational workflows as the business scales.

Required profile

• Background in career services, HR, recruiting, talent development, coaching operations, or similar client‑facing advisory roles.
• Proven sales ability to support renewals, upgrades, and referrals.
• Comfortable working independently in a small, fast‑moving startup environment.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to handle ambiguity, and a proactive ownership mindset.
• Resilience under pressure while serving high‑expectation executive clients.
