Senior Civil/Structural Engineer – Industrial & Infrastructure Projects

About the role

The Senior Civil/Structural Engineer will lead design and engineering activities for industrial, data‑centre and infrastructure projects from concept through construction support. The role involves close collaboration with clients, architects and project managers to deliver technically robust solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop civil and structural designs (concrete and steel) and produce detailed calculation reports.
• Coordinate with geotechnical engineers, conduct site investigations and compile project specifications.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, technical proposals and support tendering procedures.
• Ensure quality, HSE compliance and sign‑off of structural designs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering; COREN registration or equivalent.
• 10‑15 years of experience in civil/structural engineering on industrial, FMCG/F&B, warehouse, wastewater treatment and data‑centre projects.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and mentor junior team members.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, STAAD.Pro, Scale, Orion and Revit.
• Strong knowledge of concrete (in‑situ/prefab) and steel structural design.
