Senior Business Development Executive – Oil & Gas

About the role

We are seeking a commercially driven Senior Business Development Executive with extensive experience in upstream oil and gas services. The role focuses on identifying profitable opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and driving revenue growth across our product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to meet revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify, prospect, and secure new opportunities within the upstream oil and gas services market.
• Leverage established industry relationships to engage decision‑makers, procurement stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, technical‑commercial proposals, and product roadshows.
• Lead negotiations, coordinate internal resources, and manage the sales pipeline through contract award.
• Monitor sales performance, produce business development reports, and provide market forecasts.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum five years of business development or sales experience in the upstream oil and gas services sector.
• Strong knowledge of the Nigerian upstream industry, including exploration, production, and non‑operated JV assets.
• Established, verifiable relationships with key stakeholders in the Benin–Warri corridor.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and business reporting tools.
