Business Operations & Growth Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Operations & Growth Specialist to expand BestfoodMarket's presence in Benin City. This hands‑on role blends business development, vendor relationship management, customer acquisition and marketplace operations.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurants, food vendors, grocery stores and other marketplace partners, including regular on‑site visits.
• Develop and execute strategies to attract new customers, drive registrations, first‑time orders and repeat purchases.
• Identify, approach and onboard new vendor partners through physical visits, calls and networking.
• Conduct market research and field visits across Benin City to spot expansion opportunities and monitor marketplace performance.
• Track KPIs such as vendor sign‑ups, leads generated, customer acquisition and completed orders, and prepare regular growth reports.

Required profile

• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with a willingness to visit vendor locations across Benin City.
