Senior Account Manager

About the role

Jorrel Management builds strategic business partnerships and delivers targeted marketing solutions, helping clients grow their reach and achieve sustainable success. It is hiring a Senior Account Manager based in Opebi, Lagos, working onsite four times a week. The pay range is 300-400k.

Key responsibilities

• Spearhead communications and relationship management with clients within the company.
• Lead discovery calls and onboarding stages with new clients.
• Serve as a bridge between senior management and clients.
• Provide leadership and project guidance to business, project and account management teams on each project.
• Enforce speed of response to client communication requests through the right channels.
• Secure key accounts for the company through relationships and partnerships each month.
• Lead project defense meetings and calls with clients on time.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a marketing, advertising, digital media or creative agency, with a strong understanding of agency operations and client management.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in account management, client relationship management or project management.
• Ability to coordinate internal teams, bridge communication between clients and senior management, and ensure timely responses to client requests.
• Demonstrated ability to win new client accounts through networking and partnerships, maintain existing relationships and drive business growth.
