About the role
E-Direct is hiring a full-time security guard for its premises in Ibadan and Oyo State, Marina. The post holder keeps the site safe and controls access to the property.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and control access to the premises and prevent unauthorized entry.
- Ensure the safety of staff, guests, visitors and company property.
- Conduct regular patrols around the premises.
- Maintain accurate records of visitors and security incidents.
- Report suspicious activities or security breaches to management immediately.
- Ensure all security procedures are strictly followed.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and maintain order on site.
- Monitor CCTV cameras where available.
- Prepare and submit daily security reports to management.
Required profile
- A minimum of 2 years of experience.
- A minimum of SSCE.
- Physically fit, alert and observant.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Disciplined, honest and responsible.
