About the role
The Control Room Operator will monitor and manage control room systems, ensuring safe and efficient operations within the hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor control room systems, dashboards, CCTV cameras, alarms, and operational equipment.
- Observe real‑time activities, identify unusual conditions, equipment malfunctions, or safety risks.
- Respond promptly to alarms, alerts, and emergencies following established procedures.
- Communicate operational updates, incidents, and system abnormalities to supervisors and relevant departments.
- Maintain accurate logs of activities, system readings, incidents, alarms, and shift handovers.
- Report equipment faults or irregularities for investigation and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with field personnel, security teams, maintenance staff, and other operational departments.
- Escalate critical incidents and operational deviations to the appropriate supervisor without delay.
Required profile
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role.
- A minimum of a diploma in a related field.
