About the role
The Security Patrol Supervisor will lead daily security patrol operations, ensuring safety and compliance for clients in Ibadan and the surrounding Oyo State area.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily security patrol operations.
- Monitor patrol officers, recruit, train, and supervise security guards.
- Ensure compliance with security procedures, handle emergencies, resolve conflicts, and report incidents.
Required profile
- Minimum OND certificate and at least 2 years of supervisory experience in the security industry.
- Age between 25 and 50, physically fit, and willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Required skills
- Ability to ride a motorcycle with a valid motorcycle licence.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
