Business Development Manager – ELV & Physical Security

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive growth across West Africa for ELV, physical security and ICT solutions, focusing on consultant engagement, system integrator partnerships and direct end‑user relationships in banking, government and enterprise sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with ELV, security and MEP consultants, influencing project specifications and securing product approvals.
• Identify, appoint and support system integrators and channel partners, providing technical pre‑sales, BOQ preparation and joint customer visits.
• Build and manage key accounts with banks, government agencies and large enterprises, positioning CCTV, biometric access control and integrated security solutions.
• Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through quotation, negotiation and closure, maintaining pipelines and meeting sales targets.

Required profile

• 7–8 years of experience in ELV/CCTV/Access Control sales and business development.
• Proven track record working with consultants, system integrators and end‑users, especially in Nigerian banking and government sectors.
• Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, biometric access control, structured cabling and networking.
• Willingness to travel across West Africa.
