About the role

Hairby TMS, a hair care and lifestyle care brand offering quality services and premium products, is hiring a full-time, on-site Operations Manager for its Lekki Phase 1 salon. The manager oversees daily business operations, ensures efficient workflow, manages staff and maintains customer satisfaction. The role is available immediately.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations and ensure efficient workflow
• Manage staff and maintain customer satisfaction
• Coordinate schedules and optimize operational processes
• Manage inventory
• Address client and team needs
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve service delivery and operational excellence

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field
• Experience in the beauty or service industry is an advantage
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Experience in client relationship management and excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, attention to detail and ability to multitask

Required skills

• Strategic planning, process optimization and resource allocation
• Proficiency in management software or tools is a plus

What we offer

• Salary of 200,000 - 250,000
• Working days Monday to Sunday, one day off
