About the role
Nuuri is seeking an experienced Lead Stylist to join its growing hair studio in Lagos. The role combines hands‑on styling with leadership, helping to shape the salon’s service offering and business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and support a team of stylists and braiders.
- Deliver consistently high‑quality styling services, including sew‑ins, weave installations and protective braids.
- Train staff on techniques, standards and new service development.
- Contribute ideas for new styles, products and service improvements.
- Assist with testing and launching new hair offerings.
Required profile
- University graduate with at least 3 years of professional salon experience.
- Passionate about hair, creative, detail‑oriented and proactive.
- Confident in leading, teaching and collaborating with a team.
- Interested in the commercial side of building a hair business.
Required skills
- Sew‑ins and weave installations.
- Stitch braids and neat protective braiding styles.
- Hair extensions and extension installation.
- Creating clean, polished and long‑lasting finishes.
