Salesforce Specialist (Intermediate to Consultant)

About the role

GVA Partners is seeking a Salesforce Specialist to join its Lagos office. The role supports enterprise‑scale Salesforce initiatives, delivering integrations, automation and secure configurations across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Salesforce solutions, APIs, automation and enterprise integrations.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, QA and business teams in a multi‑disciplinary environment.
• Apply DevOps practices, manage deployment pipelines and oversee release management processes.
• Work within defined timelines, adapt to changing priorities and ensure high‑quality delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business or related field (post‑graduate degree a plus).
• 7‑15+ years of relevant experience, depending on the level (Junior to Consultant).
• Completed NYSC and experience in enterprise‑scale digital or IT environments.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
