Sales/Business Development Manager

About the role

Rigo is seeking a dynamic Sales and Business Development Manager to drive growth of its financing solutions within the healthcare sector. The role focuses on identifying new client opportunities, building strong relationships, and delivering tailored financing products to hospitals, clinics and other providers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients in the healthcare sector for Rigo's financing solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics and relevant organisations.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand financing requirements and tailor solutions.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted sales strategies and campaigns.
• Manage end‑to‑end sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely follow‑up and communication.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven sales success, preferably in micro‑finance banking (MFB) sales.
• Strong understanding of sales principles, negotiation and closing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven and proactive in prospecting and business development.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
