Sales Representative – Tech Products

About the role

Milsat Technologies is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to drive the acquisition and growth of corporate, SME, and institutional customers for its technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and onboard new corporate and institutional clients for Milsat’s tech products and services.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical sales presentations, highlighting features, ROI, and pricing.
• Nurture long‑term partnerships, upsell services, and manage cross‑selling opportunities to generate recurring revenue.
• Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets for revenue, account acquisition, and project leads.
• Collect market feedback, monitor competitor activity, and support marketing strategy development.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, pipeline stages, deal closures, and payment timelines.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of proven B2B direct sales experience in tech, ICT, telecom, or SaaS solutions.
• Strong ability to translate technical features into clear business benefits for non‑technical buyers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and objection‑handling skills.
• Goal‑driven, self‑managed, resilient, with a track record of meeting quotas in a fast‑paced environment.
