Sales and Marketing Representative

About the role

As a Sales and Marketing Representative you will be the first point of contact for visitors and prospects at our luxury home development site. You will deliver a premium consultation experience, guide buyers through the property portfolio and support the sales team in closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome walk‑in visitors, prospective buyers and real‑estate brokers, providing high‑end consultation.
• Conduct guided tours of mock‑up units and sample villas, highlighting design, finishes and smart‑home features.
• Qualify leads by assessing buyer needs, investment timelines and budget.
• Assist in the closing process by issuing brochures, price lists and payment schedules, and coordinating with senior management.
• Maintain daily logs of site walk‑ins, phone inquiries and visitor contacts, updating the central CRM in real time.
• Perform systematic post‑visit follow‑ups via phone and email to nurture prospects.
• Prepare weekly sales performance reports covering visitor traffic, qualified leads and conversion rates.
• Ensure the on‑site sales office and sample units are kept pristine and stocked with up‑to‑date marketing collateral.
• Host external agents and brokers, providing technical details and marketing materials.
• Monitor competitor projects and market trends to provide actionable feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of relevant sales or marketing experience.
• At least a diploma in a related field.
• Entry‑level candidate with strong customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for data capture and management.
