Sales Representative – Field Sales in Ikorodu, Lagos

About the role

Digital Skills Centre is looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to drive direct sales and community outreach across Ikorodu, Lagos. You will bring our training programmes to the market, engage prospects, generate qualified leads and convert them into paying candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily physical prospecting and outreach throughout Ikorodu.
• Engage individuals, businesses, schools, community groups and other potential customers.
• Promote Digital Skills Centre programmes and clearly communicate their value.
• Generate leads, follow up prospects via WhatsApp and phone calls, and secure registrations and payments.
• Support activations, community events and other sales initiatives.
• Build referral networks and local relationships that generate consistent enquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, follow‑ups, sales and revenue.
• Achieve weekly and monthly revenue targets.

Required profile

• Confident and persuasive in face‑to‑face interactions.
• Comfortable with field sales and physical outreach.
• Proactive, energetic and target‑driven.
• Strong communication and follow‑up abilities.
• Familiar with Ikorodu and surrounding communities.
• Experience in sales, marketing, customer service or business development is an advantage.

Required skills

• Basic digital tools (e.g., WhatsApp, mobile phone).

• Basic salary of ₦100,000 per month.
• Performance‑based commission ranging from 7% to 12% of revenue generated.
