Client Acquisition Agent

About the role

The Client Acquisition Agent will drive growth for SabiRecruit by identifying and engaging businesses that need accounting software, audit, and financial services. You will act as the front‑line representative, building relationships and converting prospects into long‑term clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients requiring accounting and financial solutions.
• Promote the firm’s products and services through field marketing, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Negotiate and close sales opportunities to meet revenue targets.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and follow up on prospects.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, leads, and conversions.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting or related field.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, business development or client acquisition (up to 24 months).
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Must reside in Ikorodu or surrounding areas.

Required skills

What we offer

• Monthly salary between NGN 70,000 and NGN 150,000.
• Data & transportation allowance of NGN 20,000 per month.

• On‑site work in Ikorodu, Lagos.
