Sales Representative – Contractor

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to promote M and Gee Royal Enterprises’ recruitment services in the Marina area. This contractor role focuses on generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the company’s services to potential clients.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Follow up on leads and customer inquiries.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Meet assigned sales targets.
• Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum SSCE qualification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Persuasive and effective negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of social media and online marketing (advantageous).
• Confident, proactive, goal‑oriented and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, supermarkets, fast‑food or related roles is an advantage.
