About the role
Cars45 Limited is seeking dynamic Sales Officers to join its automotive retail network in Nigeria. The role focuses on managing inspection centres, converting prospects into paying customers, and driving sales growth across assigned locations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the assigned inspection centre.
- Handle customer expectations, build profitable relationships and ensure high‑quality service.
- Create a network base, generate leads and grow sales in the centre.
- Maintain end‑to‑end relationships with customers, from procurement of cars to final sale.
- Negotiate and close vehicle sales, meeting targets and commission structures.
Required profile
- HND or B.Sc in any discipline with completed NYSC.
- 1–2 years of sales experience with strong customer‑service focus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Good knowledge of car models and the automotive market.
- Presentable, multitask‑oriented and target‑driven.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
