Sales & Marketing Specialist (Contract)

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Specialist will work on a contract basis for Crest Global Partners Limited in Lagos, combining on‑site and remote activities. The role focuses on generating new client leads, managing the sales pipeline and promoting the firm’s immigration consulting services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new client opportunities across residency, visa and school admission services.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns and manage social‑media and digital channels.
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals and maintain accurate client interaction records.
• Conduct market research, support events and outreach activities.
• Collaborate with consultants and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Provide timely follow‑up to prospects and existing clients.

Required profile

• Strong sales and business development abilities, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation and closing.
• Marketing experience such as campaign development, social‑media management and basic content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and customer‑service skills.
• Analytical mindset to understand market trends and client needs.
