Sales Manager – Zoho Solutions

About the role

Aide Solutions LTD is seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to grow its Zoho solutions business. The role involves identifying business problems, recommending appropriate Zoho applications, building a qualified pipeline, delivering product demonstrations, and closing implementation and support contracts. This is a hands‑on position covering the full sales cycle from prospecting to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales plan for Zoho services.
• Identify SMEs that need CRM, accounting, customer service, marketing, automation, and operational solutions.
• Generate leads through outbound prospecting, referrals, partnerships, events, social selling, and networking.
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand prospect processes, challenges, and requirements.
• Recommend appropriate Zoho products and implementation approaches.
• Deliver product demonstrations and commercial presentations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, solution summaries, and follow‑up communication.
• Manage the complete sales process from qualification to negotiation and closing.
• Maintain accurate lead, opportunity, and pipeline records in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the implementation team for smooth handover after each sale.
• Identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Build strategic partnerships to generate recurring business.
• Provide weekly reports on sales activities, pipeline movement, forecasts, and revenue.
• Achieve agreed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Required profile

• Hands‑on salesperson, not just a strategist.
• Minimum of 1 month of relevant sales experience.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• No formal qualifications required.
• Strong communication skills to engage founders, business owners, finance teams, sales leaders, and operations managers.
