About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the growth of our tile product portfolio in the Nigerian building materials market. The role involves driving sales, expanding dealer networks, and building strong relationships with key industry stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Promote and sell a range of floor, wall, porcelain, and ceramic tiles.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand dealer, distributor, and contractor networks.
- Generate leads through market visits, project tracking, referrals, and customer engagement.
- Maintain relationships with dealers, contractors, architects, engineers, and construction firms.
- Visit dealer outlets and project sites to monitor product usage and market trends.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction.
- Educate customers on product features, designs, and applications.
- Prepare regular sales reports and track performance against targets.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, accounts, and customer service teams.
- Monitor stock movement and order fulfillment.
- Participate in trade exhibitions, industry events, and promotional activities.
Required profile
- Minimum HND/B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 5–10 years of sales experience in tiles, building materials, ceramics, sanitary wares, or similar products.
- Strong knowledge of the Nigerian building materials and tiles market.
- Understanding of tile specifications, designs, applications, and market trends.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
What we offer
- Salary range: ₦300,000 – ₦400,000 per month plus performance incentives.
