Sales Agent – Retail & FMCG Field Representative

About the role

JV Management Consulting Limited is looking for energetic Sales Agents to drive brand visibility and product adoption across Southern Nigeria. You will work on‑the‑ground in retail, market, school and street environments, representing fast‑moving consumer goods and fashion brands.

Key responsibilities

• Execute market, street, school and retail activation campaigns.
• Merchandise products according to company standards and set up branded promotional or sampling stations.
• Conduct consumer education and product sampling exercises.
• Build positive relationships with retailers and distributors, ensure shelf visibility and enforce approved pricing.
• Distribute promotional materials and gather market intelligence.
• Submit accurate daily digital field reports via smartphone.
• Maintain company uniforms, merchandising equipment and promotional assets.

Required profile

• Minimum NCE (or equivalent) qualification.
• Fluent in English and Nigerian Pidgin English (spoken and written).
• Basic smartphone proficiency and valid identification.
• Residence in Asaba or surrounding areas with willingness to travel extensively across Southern Nigeria.
