Sales Manager - Passenger Vehicles

About the role

Harcadiax Systems Ltd is looking for a Sales Manager to drive passenger vehicle sales and lead a team of sales executives. The role covers target achievement, supervision of sales staff, lead generation and customer account management.

Key responsibilities

• Drive passenger vehicle sales and achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Supervise sales executives, assign targets and monitor their performance.
• Generate leads through corporate outreach, referrals and other sales channels.
• Manage customer enquiries, vehicle demonstrations, quotations, negotiations and deal closure.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, fleet buyers and individual customers.
• Monitor inventory, market demand, pricing and competitor activity.
• Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
• Ensure effective customer follow-up and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
• 5-8 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in automotive sales.
• At least 2 years of sales supervisory or management experience.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage customer accounts.

Required skills

• Strong negotiation, business development and customer relationship skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication, organisation and reporting skills.
